Payments and Invoices
Currently, all payments must be made by credit card in US Dollars. Cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Shipment of your order is subject to approval of the financial institution that issued your card. If your card and purchase are accepted and approved, you agree to pay your obligations to your credit card issuer as required under the terms of your agreement with the issuer. UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS will issue an invoice or order confirmation to the billing address specified in your order that provides confirmation of credit card charges applied to your card.
You agree to pay any collection expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, expenses, penalties, sales taxes, and court costs incurred by UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS to collect any unpaid amounts. We do not offer price matching because we believe our products out performs many other similar products on the Internet and our price is already very competitive compared with similar products on the Internet.
Merchant name to appear on your credit card statement is “UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS”.UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS also charges a $35.00 fee for returned (NSF) checks. Customers that had issued an NSF check in the past will be required to submit future payments with a certified check or money order. Check orders are only shipped after the check clears. Please allow five-business days after we receive your check for your shipment to take place. All orders placed before 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped on the same working day. Any order placed after 12:00PM Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the next working day. During busy holiday seasons, please be advised that orders may exceed this timeframe. On certain occasions, product availability may also cause a delay. On both instances, you will be notified in advance. UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Title to any product and risk of loss passes from UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS to You upon shipment from UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS' facility. UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS reserves a security interest in each Product until the entire amount due has been paid. Our shipping charges include shipping cost, packaging cost and handling cost. The rate we charge will be higher than the postage value on the box.
Defective and DOA (dead on arrival) product returns: Items that are defective may be repaired or replaced at the discretion of UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS. If you believe an item you received is defective and within its warranty period, call Technical Support at 1(888) 404-7870 to troubleshoot / verify the failure. Only the Technical Support hotline can issue repair or replacement authorization on defective items.
Damaged Products: If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS by calling 1(888) 404-7870 immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick-up of damaged products. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS to file a damage claim.
Sales tax will be charged where applicable. Since we are a business operating in California, all California taxes will be charged. Unless the customer provides a valid tax exemption certificate for the state in question, state and local sales taxes will be applied based on shipping address. Such sales taxes, or any other local, federal, or state taxes that apply shall be included to your invoice amount and will appear on your credit card charge.
Returns , Refunds and Exchanges
If you need to return any product(s) purchased from UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS then you must FIRST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by contacting Customer Service at 1(888) 404-7870.

Product Warranty and Return Policy
All merchandise is guaranteed by UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS to be free from material defects at the time of delivery. Any merchandise that is defective at time of delivery will be replaced by the company at no charge within thirty (30) days from the date the merchandise was received at your location provided that: (a) the Company is notified of such defect(s) and (b) the merchandise is returned to the Company within such 30-day period. No merchandise may be returned to the Company without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) to be issued by the Customer Service Department. This policy does not apply to products that have being used or damaged by misuse.
Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the time it reaches our Returns Department. All credit requests will be completed within 7 business days, but please note that it may take your credit card bank up to 30 days to apply your credit. Please note that we have no control over how long the credit card company takes to credit the refund to your account after we submit the data to them, but we do whatever we can to expedite the process. Unless specifically requested and authorized by us, refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment was received.
No credit will be given if we find that over 50% of the product has been used. In some cases No credit will be given if we find that upon inspection the product has been tampered with, damaged, or defaced in any manner that ceased its function. No credit will be given on products returned that do not have all original boxing and packaging. No returns will be accepted on any product that is over 90 days old unless previously warranted in writing by our company.
REPLACEMENT POLICY: All products are fully guaranteed until the life of the cycle is completed and/or until empty and will be replaced at no charge if it is determined that the unit is defective. By accepting a replacement cartridge, the customer agrees to return the defective merchandise to United Digital Solutions. If the defective cartridge is not received within the 30day period, United Digital Solutions reserves the right to charge the customer for the replacement cartridge.
EXCHANGE POLICY: Unless otherwise specified, we gladly accept DEFECTIVE EXCHANGES on paid items within 30 days. UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue store credit, ship a replacement product, or do an item exchange.
RE-STOCKING FEE: UNUSED NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Refused deliveries will also be charged the same.
CANCELLATIONS: Orders cancelled immediately will not be charged to your account. However, if you cancel an order after it has been shipped, and already charged to your account, there will be 30% restocking charge when the product is returned, and received by UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS. It normally takes us 24-48 hours to ship your order but it's entered for shipment into our central computer in real time and cannot be cancelled by us.
LATE PAYMENT FEE: An additional 10% late payment fee will automatically be added to the total amount on the invoice if settled after its due date.
If the package is lost because the customer entered an incorrect Shipping address at time of purchase; they are liable for the order amount.
If the package is lost and the customer entered the correct shipping information. We will not issue a refund or reship for 10 business days (grace period). This is to allow time for the package to return to us via the post office.
If the package is lost and was shipped via UPS, we can provide you with a tracking# that will allow you check the status of the order.
Privacy & Safety of the information you give us: UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS is committed to protecting the privacy of it's customers. We will not share, sell, discuss, rent, or lease any of the information you have given privately to our company. All this information obtained is used strictly to provide you with quick, efficient service. Never worry about the safety of the information you have given us. We guarantee the privacy of the information given to us in confidence when making your credit card purchases. Again this information will never be shared, sold or rented with other persons, companies, organizations. No unauthorized charges will ever be made by UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS to your credit card.
Our products have being tested rigorously and are compatible with the original manufacturer's equipment. Therefore, we strongly recommend you to check with your printer's manufacturer if your printer is having problem printing before installing our supplies. We will not be held responsible if the printer is damaged from using our ink.
UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS is not responsible for damage to a product caused by unusual storage conditions, extreme heat, or cold. For best results store at room temperature. Toner product does not loose its functionality with age if properly stored.
Please keep these products away from children. We are not responsible for products that are used for purpose other than what they are intended for. This product is intended for use in a specified fax, copier, laser, ink jet, or desk jet office equipment. UNITED DIGITAL SOLUTIONS assumes no liability whatsoever for incidental or consequential damage that may arise from the use of the products we distribute.
All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective holders and we are in no way endorsed by or associated with these companies. Brand names, trademarks, part-number are used for reference only.
